Put the tire on a stand. Mtb tires are commonly very noisy on the road, and changing to road tires can make it much quieter. However, changing a tubeless tire can be more challenging than changing a traditional mountain bike tire.

Put the inner tube into the tire and insert the valve into the rim’s valve hole. Put the tire back on the rim. I find it quite a nuisance when you can hear the humming of mtb tires on the road and prefer smooth road tires.
Then push both sides of the tire towards the rim’s center. Check the brake lever modulation afterward. Find and repair the cause of the flat or grab your new tube.
Just be sure to use the brake lever moderately. Find the valve hole on your wheel and place the valve stem in. Much like the tires on a car, mountain bike tires can go flat, and need to be changed every now and then.
